A Little About Me:
I’m Dr. Samuel Gamble, a Doctor of Chiropractic. I’m very happy to introduce myself to all of you.
I recently took over this practice from Dr. Willie Webb. As he was preparing for retirement, he offered his practice to me. I was very humbled and thankful that he chose me to care for his patients and to carry on with the mission of providing the highest quality of Chiropractic care, nutritional advice and rehabilitation in the area.
I had established and managed a very successful clinic in the Jackson area for over 30 years. He was well aware of my success and methods of patient care. I was truly honored that he recognized how much I love the profession and how anxious I was to continue with the legacy that he had started, years before.
After completing my undergraduate studies at Kennesaw State University, in Georgia, I applied for admission to Life Chiropractic University; in Marietta, Georgia - just outside of Atlanta. I began this post graduate program in 1978 and graduated in 1982.
I began my internship with 2 separate established Doctors, in Mississippi and opened my own, solo practice in March of 1984. It was there that my Chiropractic career and mission of service to others began. I was so blessed to able to build this facility into one of the largest and most successful Chiropractic clinics, in the state. I’m so thankful for all the hundreds and hundreds of patients I was able to treat, and the loyalty they had for me and their understanding of the boundless benefits of regular Chiropractic care. Those are days and years I’ll never forget.
The hectic pace of seeing 60 or 70 patients a day, as well as the large staff to manage took finally took it’s toll on me, and I closed that clinic in late 2018. The large patient volume I was seeing was given to the staff Doctors that I had trained; so I was confident that they would continue to have the high quality care they required.
My love and dedication to the profession has never wavered and I knew I still wanted to practice and help people regain their full health potential. It’s just that this time around, I didn’t want another mega-clinic. I wanted to begin again on a smaller scale.
I’ve known Dr. Webb and Vickie for years. We always had a close relationship. They were aware of my passion for Chiropractic. And it was in the fall of 2020 that they asked me to take over their practice, here in McComb. The timing couldn’t have been better. I jumped at the opportunity. So, here I am today. A new town filled with wonderful people and a dedicated patient base to build from.
Dr. Webb and I graduated from the same Chiropractor University and many of our respective treatment methods are the same.
It should also be noted that there are several methods I use, that are distinctly different. I try to use very little force, when adjusting a patient and focus much of my efforts on the muscles, tendons and ligaments that hold each and every joint in place. Patients do much better and hold the correction longer, with a balance of all the supporting connective soft tissues.
My focus is also on a stable pelvic foundation. I’m talking about the hips and legs. We’re the only 2 legged, upright animal God created. It’s very important to have a level and strong foundation for the spine to sit on.
There isn’t a patient that I wouldn’t be able to treat. The methods are very gentle, safe and highly effective.
This type of Chiropractic care is very unique and used by very few.
I’m hoping you will contact us, and allow me to demonstrate how effective these methods are.
In closing; I’m so glad that God brought me here. I couldn’t be happier.
Now, this is my mission. And the patients I see, gives me a reason to wake up with joy and thankfulness each and every day.
Yours in Health,
Dr. Samuel Gamble
